The coach can guide and support you to work at the level that is right for you. Exercises can be adapted and each class can accommodate people doing these adaptations alongside each other.
If you are not used to being active or if you have any concerns about your
health and fitness you should seek medical advice before taking part in the
classes.

You can book on a class from a week before.
Classes are 60 minutes long. This includes structured warm up and cool down periods.
The aim is for the classes to still go ahead but they may include some adaptations.
Classes can only be attended by people aged 18 or over.
