Get a custom 6-week fitness plan created just for you, then achieve your goals through specialised small group sessions with expert coaching. You can build your fitness programme to meet your fitness goals with the flexibility to choose 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week.
Offers a flexible entry point to small group personal training programme, with no pressure to commit to the full programme up front. Goal setting consultation + 1 session a week + free Saturday or Wednesday Circuit Session for the duration of the 6 week programme.
Flexibility to scale up sessions:
Add 6 sessions and attend 2 sessions a week - £48
Add 12 sessions and attend 3 sessions a week - £96
