Sarah Morris, trainer and founder of Concrete Fitness

Hello! Training, exercising and being active is part of who I am. I started out as primarily a runner, from the pavements around St Albans and then Harpenden to trail running in the Lake District. Then I started going to the gym and totally got the enjoyment of having all round fitness, cardio and muscle strength.

I wanted to make exercise a more permanent fixture in my life and to share my passion with others. So, Concrete Fitness was born. I love the ability of exercise and training to open up the freedom, courage and self-surprises that can be found in us and its ability to have a positive impact on our wellbeing.

Concrete Fitness gives you the best of an indoor gym, outdoors.

Concrete Fitness delivers group circuit classes. Each class is focussed on delivering cardio, strength and endurance training in one session, using a variety of exercises, equipment and your own bodyweight.

Concrete Fitness classes are run by a coach who is passionate about delivering motivating and supportive sessions where you can put in the hard yards and enjoy getting the best out of yourself whatever level you are at.
