Concrete Fitness is the trading name of Sarah Morris. Where Concrete Fitness
is used it is referring to Sarah Morris trading as Concrete Fitness. These terms
are an agreement between Concrete Fitness and you the participant (referred
to as ‘you’ in the rest of the document).
Concrete Fitness provides Small Group Personal Training services and the Concrete Fitness circuit sessions.
Concrete Fitness Circuit Sessions
Concrete Fitness will provide a session made up of exercises in a variety of circuit formats.
The location of the sessions may change during theyear. The sessions can take place indoors and outdoors.
Each session is an hour long.
Concrete Fitness will not perform at fitness appraisal to determine your current level of fitness. You are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire provided by Concrete Fitness prior to attending a circuit session.
Purchase options include a free trial, a single session or a 5-class bundle. Prices will be reviewed from time to time and may result in a price increase.
The 5-class bundle is valid for 3-months from the date of purchase.
Small Group Personal Training(SGPT)
The Concrete Fitness SGPT programme will provide you with a personalised training programme for achieving your individual fitness goals and will implements this plan with you in a group setting of no more than 6 clients.
In order to put together a personalised training programme, Concrete Fitness will meet with you before the first session and gather information on your health status, lifestyle, current fitness levels and your goals and motivators.
Each SGPT session will be an hour long and will take place in a gym environment.
A SGPT programme will run in 6 week phases. At the end of a 6-week phase, in order to continue accessing SGPT you will need to purchase another 6-week phase.
The purchase options are:
1. The Foundation Programme. The purchase of a consecutive 6-week training phase, with access to a goal setting consultation, a personalised training programme, 1 SGPT session per week and one Saturday circuit class per week for the duration of the 6 week programme.
There are two scale up options available with the Foundation Programme. The purchase of an additional 6 sessions to be used as an extra session per week.The purchase of an additional 12 sessions to be used as an extra 2 sessions per week.
2. The Balance Programme. The purchase of a consecutive 6-week training phase, with access to a goal setting consultation, a personalised training programme, 2 SGPT sessions per week and one Saturday circuit class per week for the duration of the 6 week programme.
There is one scale up option available. The purchase of an additional 6 sessions to be used as an extra session per week.
The Complete Programme. The purchase of a consecutive 6-week training phase, with access to a goal setting consultation, a personalised training programme, 3 SGPT sessions per week and one Saturday circuit class per week for the duration of the 6 week programme.
Prices will be reviewed from time to time and may result in a price increase.
Attendance at a circuit session provided by Concrete Fitness is subject to:
a. You completing the participation information requirements
requested by Concrete Fitness before booking a session. This includes accepting these Terms and Conditions. This includes completing a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q) provided by Concrete Fitness before attending a session.
b. You seeking and acting upon relevant medical advice if required to do so by your responses to the PAR Q.
c.You making a booking for the circuit session being attended
d. You providing appropriate payment for the class you have booked.
e. You being over 18 years old.
f. Classes being booked and paid for via the Gymcatch app or the link from theConcrete Fitness website.
Commencing a 6-week SGPT programme provided by Concrete Fitness is subject to:
a. You purchasing a 6-week SGPT package in advance.
b. You completing the participation information requirements requested by Concrete Fitness when you have purchased a 6-week programme.This includes accepting the Terms and Conditions. This includes completing a Physical Activity ReadinessQuestionnaire (PAR Q)
c. You seeking and acting upon relevant medical adviceif required to do so by your responses to the PAR Q.
d. On satisfactory completion of the stages above, you completing a face to face health screening and fitness assessment with a Concrete Fitness personal trainer.
e. You providing informed consent for participation in assessments and activities.
a. You can cancel attendance at a session via the Gymcatch app or website
any time before the start of a class.
b. Concrete Fitness will provide a refund if you cancel any time before
the start of a session.
c. If you paid using a bundle Concrete Fitness will credit back 1 session
to the bundle. If that is not possible then Concrete Fitness will
provide you with a refund by gifting a 1 session bundle. This 1 session
bundle is valid for 1 month after the date of issue.
d. If you paid using a credit or debit card via the Gymcatch app or
website, Concrete Fitness will refund you by gifting a 1 session
bundle. This 1 session bundle is valid for 1 month after the date of
issue.
e. If Concrete Fitness cancels a session, you will receive a session credit. If
you paid using a bundle Concrete Fitness will credit back 1 session to
the bundle. If that is not possible then Concrete Fitness will provide
you with a refund by gifting a 1 session bundle. If you paid using
credit or debit card via the Gymcatch app or website, Concrete
Fitness will refund you by gifting a 1 session bundle. In both cases,
the 1 session bundle is valid for 1 month after the date of issue.
f. Concrete Fitness will give you as much notice as possible if a session is
subject to change.
a. If you have paid for a 6-week Training phase and as a result of the health screening procedure you are unable to continue with the SGPT programme, Concrete Fitness will refund the full cost of the Training Programme that you purchased.
b. If you are unable to attend a SCPT session or sessions that you have booked onto you will not receive a refund on that session. Concrete Fitness will consider alternative scheduling options but cannot guarantee that the session can be rescheduled.
c. If the timing of the 6-week training phase means that a week of the sessions coincide with a client’s holiday period, ConcreteFitness will schedule a ‘make-up’ week.
d. If Concrete Fitness cancels a session an alternative session will be provided.
e. Concrete Fitness will give you as much notice as possible if a session is
subject to change.
