A focussed and accessible session that will give rock solid results in a fun and energetic environment.
The session is made up of a mix of cardio and strength exercises put together to deliver a balanced, whole body workout. A variety of exercises are used, some with equipment, some using your own bodyweight. The coach will support you to adapt the session to your level and goals.
Class by class you will be able to build on your achievements, as well as include sessions of reduced intensity designed to support sustainable exercise and the achievement of your goals. The session is 60 minutes in total, made up of structured warm up and cool down periods and about 40 minutes of circuit training.
The coach can support you to work at the level that is right for you. The exercises can be adapted and each session can accommodate people doing these adaptations alongside each other. If you are not used to being active or if you have any concerns about your health and fitness you should seek medical advice before taking part in the sessions.
