A focussed and accessible session that will build muscle fitness, boost your cardio, supercharge your energy in an accessible and rewarding fitness environment.

What can I expect?

The session is made up of a perfect blend of cardio and muscle fitness exercises put together to deliver a balanced, whole body workout. A variety of exercises are used, some with equipment, some  using your own bodyweight. The coach will support you to make the session accessible to you.

Class by class you will be able to build on your achievements. The session is 60 minutes in total, made up of structured warm up and cool down periods and about 40 minutes of circuit training.

Is this class right for me?

The coach will support you to work at the level that is right for you. The exercises can be adapted and each session can accommodate people doing these adaptations alongside each other.  If you are not used to being active or if you have any concerns about your health and fitness you should seek medical advice before taking part in the sessions.
