Do I need to be fit to take part in the circuit sessions?

The coach can guide and support you to work at the level that is right for you. Exercises can be adapted and each class can accommodate people doing these adaptations alongside each other.

If you are not used to being active or if you have any concerns about your health and fitness you should seek medical advice before taking part in the classes.

I consider myself fit and very active already, will the circuit sessons be too easy?

The coach is there to support you to work at the level that is right for you. Exercises can be adapted to give you the just right challenge.

The free trial is available for the Circuit Sessions. There are just a few short steps to complete before attending your first Concrete Fitness session.
